The Burgess Center for Cosmetic Dentistry

This patient had extremely worn and irregular teeth, chipped and broken metal/porcelain crowns, and a desire to lighten her teeth and slightly close her upper space. As she has had the gap between her teeth for years, this patient wanted to make the space more subtle, but retain her lifelong character trait.
Due to an extensive history of dental work and the irregular shape of the teeth, we had to restore the entire mouth. She was also missing a few teeth in the back so some metal-porcelain bridges were used for strength. All front teeth were restored with ceramic crowns and were completed in one month.
